Williams Tarr construction division is progressing well on a luxury apartment development at 231 Ashley Road, Hale, for sister company, Williams Tarr Homes.
The prestige scheme is designed to blend in with the local architectural style, and will provide spacious accommodation fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings.
Kitchens have feature designer units with granite worktops and a full range of integrated stainless steel appliances.
Security is high on the agenda, with CCTV and remote door entry systems, security alarms and remote controlled car park gates.
Due for completion Spring 2012, marketing is now under way and there are currently four apartments and a penthouse suite available.
