City Living comes to Didsbury Village

£5million residential development in Didsbury will be completed within the next few weeks. All 35 luxury apartments were sold off the plans.
The luxury 5 storey development of 35 two and three bedroom apartments also provides secure basement car parking and a shared central Atrium space. Following months of hot debate, the name Shapley Court was chosen for the building, noting Didsbury's ties with Olive Shapley, the famous BBC Broadcaster. The project is the largest Town Centre residential development undertaken by the Homes division, and follows hot on the heels of the successful 15 apartment Rosecroft development which was completed early in 2000.
