Abbots Park Office Development - Phase 2 Commences on Site

The second phase of the Abbots Park office development, designed and built for Preston Brook Developments, part of the Ashall Group, has commenced on their prestigious developmentat Preston Brook, South Warrington.
Phase 2 involves the design & construction of a further 4 office blocks, valued at £4 million. This follows the successful letting of the first five units, completed at Abbots Park last year.
