Work Starts on a 14 Unit Industrial Development for Vale Royal Borough Council at Woodford Park, Winsford.
22 January 2007
Vale Royal's Lead Councillor for Business Management, Professor Les Ford, said "These units are a major boost to the economy for Winsford. There has been a shortage of these types of small units in Winsford for a long time. Woodford Park Industrial Estate is proving to be extremely poplular, so I am sure these units will be snapped up quickly."
The 14 units are split between three separate buildings, covering 21,000 sq.ft. The Buildings will be arranged around a courtyard, separated by the car parking areas. The Development, off Barlow Drive, in the Woodford Park Industrial Estate, could create up to 100 new jobs, in office or industrial posts.
