Another "Built in Quality" Award for Williams Tarr Construction

Williams Tarr have been awarded a "Built in Quality Award 2007" by Halton Borough Council. The awards are presented annually by the Council's Building Control Department to selected contractors, in recognition of their high standards of workmanship on building projects carried out in the Halton area.

Williams Tarr Site Management team, Chris Lee, Steve Claxton and Mike Whitfield are pictured receiving the award at the Halton B.C. Awards Dinner, held on 20th April 2007.

The second phase of office development for Preston Brook Developments, part of the Ashall Group, involved the design and construction of seven two and three storey office blocks on Ashall's prestigious "Abbots Park" office development site, adjacent to the M56 Motorway at Preston Brook, Cheshire.

The first phase of the development was completed in 2005 and following the successful letting of all the units on phase one, Ashalls negotiated the second phase with Williams Tarr.
