Tesco has taken occupation of the ground floor of "Hale Place" in Ashley Road, Hale, Williams Tarr Developments' latest mixed retail and office development.
The whole of the ground floor of the development is now occupied by Tesco Express.
5,000 sq.ft. of prestigious office accommodation is available on the first and second floors.
