The Mayor of Vale Royal Officially Opens The Business Centre, Woodford Park, Winsford

The Mayor, Councillor Doug Shingler, has officially opened the new Woodford Park Business Centre, designed and built by Williams Tarr for Vale Royal Borough Council. The Mayor is pictured receiving the keys from Williams Tarr Business Development Director, John Hughes. The Mayor congratulated Williams Tarr on the high standard of the new development and particularly thanked the construction team for their efforts in delivering an excellent finished product on time and within budget.

The scheme comprises 14 high-tech business units split between three separate buildings totalling 21,000 square feet. Each unit is between 1,000 - 2,000 square feet, but there is some flexibility to create larger units. The buildings have been arranged around a courtyard, separated by the car parking areas.

The new units are aimed at businesses which have outgrown their current premises and It is anticipated that up to 100 new jobs could be created.
