Reconfigurations at Greyhound Retail Park

Williams Tarr Construction recently commenced work at Greyhound Retail Park Chester for Standard Life Investments on a refurbishment and reconfiguration project of unit 2a to form two new units.

Retail schemes and associated restaurants for institutional clients in busy live environments are a Williams Tarr speciality.  We generally have at least two of these projects on site at any one time.

The scope involves internal strip out to shell condition, general repairs and refurbishment, reconfiguration of the façade to form two entrances, new services, external works and sub-division to create new units for Home Bargains and Subway.

Lead consultants on the project are RGP Architects and SWF Consulting are the structural engineers.

The 8 week programme is scheduled for early June completion.

Williams Tarr Director John Hughes said:-

We built here for Standard Life many years ago, and it’s pleasing that we have been able to continue our working relationship
