Williams Tarr is currently looking to speak with experienced construction Site/Project Managers, who would welcome an opportunity to join our friendly and successful management team.
We are a long-established family run company with a strong family ethos and team approach, celebrating our 100th anniversary in 2018.
Reporting to the Contracts Director, the successful candidates will be responsible for the day to day running of the site as a number one, managing the construction process safely, efficiently and in a cost effective manner, and keeping all site documentation and records.
They will be customer focused, results driven and H&S conscious.
They will be able to provide a good quality product within the agreed timescales and budgets.
They will chair sub-contractor meetings.
They will be responsible for short term project programming.
They will be conversant with JCT D&B and NEC forms of contract.
They will be willing to work away from home if required.
Successful candidates will have:
Over 10 years’ relevant experience within the industrial, commercial or retail sectors for new build and refurbishment contracts.
They will also possess the following certifications:
