Williams Tarr back on site at Ipsen

Following the successful delivery of a new cold store facility and ancillary works earlier this year, major international pharmaceutical manufacturer, Ipsen Biopharm have appointed Williams Tarr to carry out an enablement contract in readiness for a new multi-million pound laboratory suite at Wrexham.

The scope of works involves reconfiguration of some internal facilities to allow the relocation of certain operations. This will then allow the careful de-cant and strip out an existing area within the factory that is to be shortly re-developed to house a new laboratory/production suite.

Williams Tarr Director John Hughes comments:

Since we built the Unit 11 microbiology labs here in 2004 for Ipsen, they have entrusted us with a number of further contracts, and we are absolutely delighted to be back here again. We’re focussed to maintain our track record of successfully delivering quality projects in live pharmaceutical facilities
